Siemer Venture Capital ("Siemer VC") actively invests in early-stage digital media companies that create innovative technologies and platforms. We partner with management and other tier one investors to provide growth capital that enables companies with exceptional promise to achieve their full potential. As either a lead or co investor, Siemer VC takes an active and long-term role in helping management teams build highly successful companies. Typically, we seek visionary entrepreneurs with a strong drive, unmatched capabilities, and deep domain expertise.

We partner with leading angel investors and venture capital firms to identify prospective investments. Companies in our portfolio are early in their development cycle – typically after seed-stage funding, but before a traditional first round of venture capital. Our capital investments typically range from $250 thousand to $1.0 million via debt and/or equity positions. Besides the direct financial benefits of Siemer VC, we add an additional layer of value by leveraging our existing network of strategic media and technology partners. We seek to be a catalyst for premier companies to take their business to the next level.

For follow-on financings or exits, we provide strategic and financial advisory services through our investment banking arm, Siemer & Associates, LLC.
