Maurice Mizrahi has joined Siemer & Associates as an Analyst.  Mr. Mizrahi was previously with Wachovia Securities in their Gaming & Lodging practice where he focused on leveraged buyouts and capital raising for various large to mid-capital gaming companies.  Prior to working at Wachovia Securities, Mr. Mizrahi assisted an internet start up company called Movieflix.com, which was one of the first streaming video websites.  Mr. Mizrahi graduated cum laude with a B.S. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance and a certificate in interactive entertainment production and design.  “We welcome Maurice who will contribute immediately in the in-depth analysis and superior technical expertise we require at Siemer & Associates,” stated David Siemer.
